My approach
As a litigator, I’ve honed my litigation skills in legal epicenters like the U.S.-Mexico border and The Hague, Netherlands. My legal and factual analysis is predicated on comparative research that encompasses not only traditional U.S. law but also draws on interdisciplinary sources, reflective of my work before human rights mechanisms, U.N. Treaty Bodies, immigration courts, federal courts, and domestic and international criminal courts. Through various internships and staff attorney roles, I’ve learned the mechanics of litigation from all sides of the adversarial legal system.
